I first met Anna in 2013. We were both in the same homeschool CPR class. Me, being the introvert I am, don’t think I ever talked to her that day. Six years later in 2019, I started going to a church group. Anna was in my small group, and we reconnected. She asked me to go on mall walks with her in the winter, and it was fun to become friends with her that year! She’s the kind of friend everyone needs. She’s honest, smart, passionate about mental health and I love how she shares her story boldly, always there for others, gives great advice (sorry for not always listening), and is such a beautiful person inside and out. I’m going to miss her when she leaves Iowa, but so proud of her for following God’s calling for her life. Enjoy a few favorites from yesterday.
